Role: Intern- Talent Acquisition



Experience Required: 0 to 1 Year



Qualification: BE/B.Tech



Responsibilities:


  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.

  • Screen resumes and shortlist profiles aligned with job requirements.

  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

  • Maintain candidate pipelines and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

  • Follow up with candidates on interview schedules, updates, and feedback.

  • Support HR team in planning recruitment drives or campus hiring activities.

  • Will be responsible for engineering roles hiring


Required Skills:

  • Completed any Engineering Degree and ready to learn Recruitment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of recruitment basics (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Comfortable using MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

High level of professionalism, ownership, and learning mindset.
