Role: Intern- Talent Acquisition
Experience Required: 0 to 1 Year
Qualification: BE/B.Tech
Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist profiles aligned with job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Follow up with candidates on interview schedules, updates, and feedback.
- Support HR team in planning recruitment drives or campus hiring activities.
- Will be responsible for engineering roles hiring
Required Skills:
- Completed any Engineering Degree and ready to learn Recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment basics (preferred but not mandatory).
- Comfortable using MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
High level of professionalism, ownership, and learning mindset.
