Job Description

As an Intern - Customer Experience - technical support here at Honeywell, you will gain hands-on experience in enhancing customer satisfaction and improving overall customer interactions with our products and services. This role will provide you with the opportunity to collaborate with various teams and contribute to projects aimed at optimizing the customer experience and Honeywell fire products adoption.



You will report directly to our Sr Sales Manager and you’ll work out of our Prague location on a Hybrid work schedule. You'll be in contact with our team of tech support professionals and with our customers. This falls under our BA division who is a leading provider of fire alarm solutions in Czech republic.



In this role, you will impact the organization by assisting in the analysis of customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting initiatives that result in increased sales and customer satisfaction.
