**Roles and Responsibilities**
+ Provide support to the Operations team metrics and reports.
+ Support in the development and implementation of tools leveraging lean principles to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
+ Support in the Visual Management tools to enforce Standard Work practices.
+ Feed the Operational dashboards with accurate and opportune information.
+ Generate and Analize operational data reports.
+ Support in the quarterly and yearly resources planification.
+ Weekly track on the resources forecast and actuals.
