The Role

The IES Pune Team is currently looking for an Intern to join our Consultancy team based in our Pune office. You will:

  • provide modelling through our own IES VE (Virtual Environment) software
  • be given the opportunity to work on challenging, international projects
  • be encouraged and supported to develop your career
  • be involved in multiple tasks depending on projects
  • be given the opportunity to work with and support systems based on AI

    • Duties will include:

    Assist with a variety of efforts including data collection, model building, model validation and statistical analysis.

    The Candidate 

    We are looking for a candidate with appropriate and relevant engineering or architectural background, with the following skills and experience

    Essential skills:

  • B.Arch/Sustainability technology/Environmental studies
  • Strong communication skills including speaking English

    • Desirable skills:

  • Prior interning experience towards using 3D/Energy modelling software
  • Experience in simulation using tools such as IESVE (preferred)
  • Experience in Architectural/Sustainability industry/Environmental Studies
  • Experience using CAD tools such as SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, Pollination etc
  • Experience with python, agentic AI, software coding etc
