Your Role 

As an Internal Account Manager in Barcelona , you will provide comprehensive internal support to the Pharma business, acting as a key interface between customers, sales, and internal departments to ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities 

In assigned BSP industry, manage, develop and maintain remotely pharma assigned customers to maximize sales and profit. Identify opportunities and serve existing customers and prospects (lead generation).

  • Support Sales management and External Account Managers regarding sales activities in the Pharmaceutical market across the territory. (Spain and Portugal).
  • React to customer requests / needs and undertake routing correspondence.
  • Manage, maintain and develop pharma customer assigned to maximize sales and profit
