We are looking for a Manager – Internal Audit to join our Governance team.

Designation: Manager
Reports to: GM – Governance
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience: 4–7 years in Internal Audit / Risk Advisory
Industry Preference: Manufacturing, Automotive, Power Solutions, or FMCD (Big 4 experience preferred)
Key Responsibilities
Execute and report audits as per the approved Audit Plan (Concurrent/Special audits)
Identify and report high-risk observations with financial impact
Drive timely and effective audit closure, including RCA & CAPA discussions with senior management
Conduct and conclude Inventory Physical Verification through external auditors across group entities
Lead ICFR testing projects and coordinate with external auditors and operations teams
Support implementation of non-c...
