About the Role
We are hiring a newly created Internal Audit leadership role to oversee internal controls, corporate compliance, risk management, and governance.
This role provides regional oversight of existing finance, legal, with a focus on audit leadership, risk prevention, and process governance, rather than hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Internal Audit framework across Southeast Asia, including risk assessment and audit planning
Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, compliance, and governance
Identify and mitigate financial, operational, and regulatory risks
Ensure alignment with public company governance and regulatory standards
Provide oversight and guidance to regional finance and legal teams
Drive process improvement and standardisation based on audit and risk findings
Act as a key liaison between Southeast Asia entities and headquarters
