Job Role: Internal Auditor(Semi-Qualified/CA Fresher)
Note: Need prior experience in a consulting/CA firm and experience in doing Internal Audits for clients
Location: Sector-48, Gurugram (Open to candidates from Gurugram/nearby or willing to relocate)
Mode of Work: Work from Office – Gurgaon - Will be required to travel to client locations
Mandate: Must have experience in a CA firm or Consulting industry
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Internal Auditor. The role involves executing internal audit programs, drafting IFC documentation, and partnering with clients to close findings with practical, time-bound action plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit Execution & Program Management: Execute detailed audit programs, including risk-based planning, walkthroughs, and testing across financial, operational, compliance, and risk systems (including the risk control matrix).
- Timely Audit Delivery: Ensure timely conduct of internal audits and submission of audit findings with clear, actionable recommendations.
- Process Understanding & Analysis: Develop an in-depth understanding of the audited function; apply business acumen and analytical skills to identify control gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Functional Audits: Perform audits across Sales, Marketing, Purchases, Finance, HR, Inventory, Production, Statutory & Labor Compliances, etc.
- Reporting & Remediation: Assist in preparing comprehensive audit reports aligned with findings; propose corrective actions and improvement plans with ownership and timelines.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Closure: Discuss audit observations with auditees, agree on remediation plans, track open items, and ensure timely closure.
- Internal Financial Controls (IFC): Draft, test, and update IFC documentation; recommend measures to strengthen internal controls and reduce risk.
Qualifications & Experience
- Semi Qualified or Qualified CA: 0–2 years of post-qualification experience in Internal Audit
- Prior experience in Internal Audit across diverse sectors such as Manufacturing, Real Estate, FMCG, Pharma, etc.
- Mandatory: Background with a CA firm or Consulting organization.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of internal controls, risk assessment, and audit methodologies.
- Proficiency in process walkthroughs, control testing, sampling, and root-cause analysis.
- Excellent report writing and communication skills; confident in stakeholder discussions.
- Working knowledge of ERPs and tools (e.g., SAP/Oracle/Tally, MS Excel/Power Point).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple audits, and meet deadlines.
- High ethical standards, integrity, and attention to detail.

Our Hiring Process:
If the profile of a candidate gets shortlisted, the hiring team will get in touch within 72 hours. The initial shortlisting will be followed by 2 rounds of interview (Technical round & Interaction with Senior Management). Post Final Selection, there will be an interaction with HR representative. This process may take 10-15 working days.
