Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Effectively report audit findings to management including on-going corrective / preventive actions and effectiveness of those actions put in to practice
  • Conduct process audits of all internal departments to measure compliance against defined process and suggest good practices for the process audited
  • Visit branches all over India to conduct audits and report findings to management
  • Report non-compliance and deviations to management and assure safeguards for the same
  • Test and report effectiveness of controls
  • Co-ordinating with external auditors and ensure closure of open observations
  • Conduct Information Technology audits and track open activities to be closed

    Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Inter CA candidate with minimum experience of 3 to 4 years
  • Should have work experience in BFSI sector in Internal Audit team
  • Good analytical, organizational, collaborative and communication skills are prerequisite for the role
  • Should have expertise in using Microsoft excel and should have good presentation skills
  • Should be willing to travel
