Job Description
- Executes the audits according to the audit plan for both life and non-life business lines
- Completes the audit work paper files and ensures that the quality of the work performed complies with internal and external requirements
- Contributes to the creation of audit reports by producing high-quality audit issues from audit fieldwork to senior management
- Prepares various reports according to the Corporate Audit Service department needs
- Coordinates and participates in the completion of audits in IAP
- Conducts fraud and special audit works
- Follows up the implementation of recommendations and issued action plans
- Participates in preparation of IAP
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Insurance, Actuary, Science (or similar areas / related departments of universities)
- 3-7 years of experience in audit (internal/external), internal control, finance, or technical & actuarial roles within insurance or reinsurance companies
- Experience in insurance firms is a MUST, preferably with exposure to various operations and business lines
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to make reliable and objective judgments
- Advanced oral and written command of Turkish and English
- Strong team player
