The job environment requires motivation and effective time management skills to ensure results are delivered within the set time frames. The person fulfilling the role would enjoy challenging situations and can work with the broad parameters of the organisation. The ideal person will have experience with outbound calls and be positive, self-confident, self-motivated, imaginative, inquisitive, self-disciplined, and have an excellent telephone manner.
