Roles and Responsibilities:
Strategic Internal Communications
- Own and execute the internal communications strategy in alignment with business priorities, leadership messaging, and organizational initiatives.
- Partner with leadership, HR, and Corporate Marketing to translate company strategy, transformations, and key initiatives into clear, compelling internal narratives.
- Ensure major organizational programs, change initiatives, and projects are communicated effectively to drive understanding, adoption, and engagement.
Newsletter & Content Publishing
- Lead the planning, creation, and publishing of the company’s internal newsletter(s), including editorial calendars, story sourcing, and performance tracking.
- Proactively source stories from across the organization to highlight wins, people stories, innovation, customer success, and culture-building initiatives.
