Internal Communications Manager

Selektio is looking for an Internal Communications Manager for an international client in the healthcare field.

We are looking for someone who understands that internal communication is not about nice wording, but about ensuring that the right information reaches the right people, at the right time, and in the right way. Someone who is strategic, but at the same time not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get things in order when needed.

• Design and further develop the internal communication strategy between Head Office and clinics
• Create communication plans based on specific needs (projects, change initiatives, culture, leadership communication)
