Internal Communications Manager

Description

This role provides the opportunity to be part of a high-energy centralised internal communications team, working at pace to drive the transformation of Rolls-Royce. This role will be at the heart of embedding a new purpose and culture ambition as well as driving the belief in our strategy. It will suit a candidate who is highly motivated, comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt through a complex period of change.

What you will be doing:

The role reports to the SVP Internal Communications and works in a Rolls-Royce wide squad that supports our Enabling Functions (People, Transformation, Finance, Digital, GBS, General Counsel) to drive the core messages across the group.
