We're now looking for an Internal Group Recruiter to take ownership of hiring across 7 companies within the group, partnering closely with founders and senior leadership.
The Role
This is a true in-house recruitment role, not agency-style. You'll be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring across multiple businesses, building scalable recruitment processes, and helping shape the future of each team.
You'll work directly with founders, directors, and hiring managers to understand growth plans and translate them into smart, efficient hiring strategies.
