• Shared coverage (telephone)
• option for Traditional med
• option to cover nursing home

• Adult patient load, a lot of geriatrics
• 10-20 patients/day
• 4 day work week
• Current provider wants to slow down (that’s why he’s hiring) – can eventually take over practice. He will convert to part time
• Partnership track
• Must be able to speak Mandarin – about 70 % of patients speak Mandarin
