Join a collegial group of 7 physicians, 2 nurse practitioners, and 2 Palliative Care nurse practitioners Flexible schedule, 14 twelve hour shifts or more frequent lighter 8 hour shifts, depending on Physician preference and patient volumes 0-1 overnight shifts per month, with dedicate night shift team First response to codes and RRTs Open ICU although Intensivists will serve as primary on all ventilator dependent patients No procedures required, but optional Full sub-specialty support including Interventional Cardiology, Pulm/Critical Care, Gastroenterology with ERCP and EUS capability, General Surgery, Plastic/Reconstructive Surgery, Podiatry, Orthopedic Surgery, Inpatient Nephrology, Inpatient Heme/Onc, Interventional Radiology, Urology, Inpatient Psychiatry, Palliative Care Service, & Wound Care Team Full support from dedicated RN Case Managers and Social Workers Inpatient Pharmacy support for pharmacokinetic dosing Benefits:
