  • $245K base salary
  • $10K sign-on bonus and up to $15K in relocation assistance
  • 1:4 call rotation – call for practice only – No hospital or ER call
  • 4.5 days for patient care visit/0.5 admin day
  • 20 PTO days plus 7 holidays; CME allowance of $5K
  • Practice has support from Advanced Practice Provider
