Job Description
Pathway Group is seeking a dedicated IQA to help us raise standards, support Tutors, and deliver exceptional learner outcomes across our contracts.
In this pivotal role, you’ll provide coaching, mentoring, and quality assurance to ensure our Tutors deliver outstanding teaching and assessment. You’ll also play a key role in implementing our new Quality Strategy — focused on innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the lead IQA for assigned contracts, providing tailored 1:1 support to Tutors.

Deliver engaging CPD and training sessions, capture and act on stakeholder feedback, and support induction for new Tutors.

Conduct observations of teaching, learning, and assessment (OTLA) and participate in deep dives to review curriculum delivery.
