Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage internal hiring for UK & EU IT Recruiter positions across Business Units.

- Work closely with BU stakeholders to understand current and upcoming hiring needs.

- Source, screen, and shortlist suitable profiles.

- Coordinate interviews with managers and handle candidate follow-ups.

- Manage offer discussions, negotiations, and onboarding.

- Support employee engagement activities such as Fun Friday initiatives.

- Maintain HR policies, leave records, and employee documentation.


Requirements:

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in internal recruitment / HR hiring.

- Strong coordination and communication skills.

- Ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders and manage hiring pipelines.
