Job Description

We have an excellent office-based role for an experienced Internal Sales Administrator in Castleford to join the team of this well-established UK designer and manufacturer of specialist Ethernet-based network transmission equipment.

About the role
The position of Internal Sales Administrator is a varied and interesting role and will involve:

Sales Orders

  • Processing all Sales Orders, ensuring the customer has ordered correct equipment and confirming price against customer quotations / Price Lists
  • Prepare correspondence for customers, Order Acknowledgements, shipment advice, tracking numbers etc
  • Update customers to any changes in delivery schedule
  • Issue RMA's to customer to return products for credit / repair
  • Answering customer enquiries over the phone and email
  • Issuing sales quotes and assisting with product selection
