Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming sales inquiries via email, phone, and website leads.
  • Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and follow-up for closures.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely deliveries and billing.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems and sales databases.
  • Support field sales team by scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and sending product brochures or technical documents.
  • Process sales orders and coordinate dispatch activities.
  • Address customer queries related to products, prices, and availability.
  • Assist in generating weekly/monthly sales reports for internal review.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and complaints for continuous improvement.
