    A fantastic opportunity has now arisen for a person with great administration, data entry and customer service skills to join our internal sales support team. As an integral member of our group, your role will include:

  • Telephone customer service and internal sales with trade accounts
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Keying of orders
  • Liaison with manufacturing and dispatch teams
  • Interaction with the field trade sales team members

    • ABOUT YOU

  • Previous experience in an internal sales or customer service team
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Experience/Knowledge of the Building, Engineering or Fabrication industry will be highly regarded
  • Strong customer focus with an eye for detail and a sense of urgency to achieve results
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
