What is the role about?


We are looking for an Industry Sales Engineer for the Adana Region to join our Group. This is a sales role within the industrial process engineering and measurement instrumentation industry, requiring a technical background, strong customer-facing skills, and the ability to manage complex customer relationships.


Which tasks will you perform?

  • Fulfillthe sales targetsset by the company within the designated business area.

  • Negotiate price and commercial terms with customers

  • Personally manage and develop base of customers

  • Proactively identify and develop opportunities to partner with customers to provide added-value solutions, focusing efforts at all levels of customer business to achieve sales goals

  • Work closely with all company departments to coordinate customer interactions and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Accurately forecast sales within designated area to provide management information

  • Candidate will be reporting to the Sales Manager

    • What do we expect from you?

  • Bachelor’s degree in chemical, electrical/electronics, physics or mechanical engineering, industry engineering.

  • Experience in industrial measurement and control in process industries is a plus.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Excellent coordination ability and good teamwork spirit.

  • Committed, responsible and proactive work attitude.

  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
