As Internal Sales Team Manager, you'll take ownership of a team of 10 internal sales professionals and transform how they sell. Moving the team from reactive quoting over the phone to proactive, consultative selling, with more emphasis on widening market share, cold calling new opportunities and creating a sales contact plan.
