Our team is expanding, and we're looking for a competitive, results-driven Sales Representative with a never-quit attitude to join our for our Internal Sales desk at the Canning Vale branch on a full-time, permanent basis. If you're motivated by challenge, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are eager to build a rewarding career in sales, this role will keep you on your toes-no two days are the same! This is an office-based role, Monday to Friday, 7am-5pm. As an Internal Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in driving growth across the Access brand. You'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping identify new opportunities and strengthen relationships with existing clients. Your responsibilities will include: Researching and identifying upcoming projects and potential clients Generating new business opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups and proactive outbound calls (both warm and cold leads) Organising and distributing marketing packs to raise brand awareness in the WA market Preparing customer quotes and providing accurate technical information about Access products Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships to maximise value and loyalty Collaborating closely with our Sales and Operations teams to meet and exceed business targets We're looking for a proactive, driven professional who’s resilient, passionate about customer success, and ready to take ownership of their career growth. We’re looking for: Experience in the Hire industry or a similar sector (advantageous, but not essential for the right person) The ability to quickly learn and retain technical product knowledge in a fast-paced environment A proven knack for identifying and creating new business opportunities Strong relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders Excellent communication skills and professional presentation The ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and thrive under pressure A strong motivation to deliver exceptional customer service A positive, energetic, and team-first attitude A willingness to learn, be coached, and grow Why Join Access Hire?
