We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to join our regional recruitment team on a 12-month contract. This role will focus on sourcing top talent across a range of corporate functions and supporting regional hiring initiatives, in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage sourcing activities for multiple, complex roles across corporate functions.
• Conduct initial screening and assessments to identify high-quality candidates.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to improve talent pipelines and recruitment efficiency.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to streamline hiring processes.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
