The Role:

We are seeking an Internal Tooling Manager to lead the development, implementation and optimisation of internal IT tools, systems and processes supporting engineering, manufacturing and operational teams. This role will focus on building secure, compliant and scalable internal platforms within a regulated UK defence environment.

This role is mainly based on-site in Cambridge, you will collaborate closely with software, engineering, security, operations and leadership teams to ensure internal systems enable rapid growth while meeting defence-grade compliance and security standards.
