Role Summary:

A strong demonstrated passion for finance and technology is a must. The individual should be able to understand the basics of new-age finance (ex, decentralisation, CBDC, tokenisation) and technology (ex, blockchain).

Structured Thinking + Written Precision

  • Take chaos → clean 1-page memos
  • Prepare board-ready narratives
  • Draft emails you can send verbatim to regulators / CEOs
  • Typically, skills found in Ex-consulting, PMO, think tank, global institution
  • Can provide strong writing samples (not decks)


Comfort With Power

  • Represent President’s office
  • Looking for: Calm demeanor, zero awe, zero arrogance


Ability to Operate Across Very Different Worlds and Tasks

  • Work at the intersection of government, regulation, finance, academia, & industry
  • Multi-task every minute and switch effortlessly
  • Book air tickets, get coffee, or sit in a meeting with ministers or regulators (be able to work seamlessly across the spectrum) without ego

Qualification:

  • Graduates hungry for exponential learning and open to working in highly unstructured and “startup” environments. Education is not a constraint, anything is fine
  • Consulting + policy exposure
  • Global institution (World Bank, IMF, WEF, regulator PMO)
  • PE/IB + think tank crossover
  • Extensive experience in providing strategic and operational advice/guidance to executives on internal and external communication matters
  • Strong digital vision and capabilities


Strong fits

  • 1–4 years in top-tier consulting, banking, or as a former chief of staff in a high-growth startup.
  • PMO to a senior public or private leader
  • Strategy roles in global financial institutions
  • Think tank/policy strategy roles with execution exposure
