Search for Medical providers in the available data bases for the arrangement of the assistances. Manage of the INPAX case report in colaboration with our Medical Desk. Participation in trainings in the company and the department. Results review and feedback with the Supervisor. Job description Goals of the position: Proyect management assigned by the Supervisor. Provide Travel assistance to International Customers (Medical assistance among others). Get in contact with Medical providers to make negotiations, confirm benefits and payments. Document the relevant information efficiently and clearly in the case management system. Keep average monthly results according to the quality standards. Work in team and with the available resources to solve the customer´s issues during their trips. Demonstrate initiative ti escalate complaints to the Supervisor.
