Position: Customer Support – Banking Voice Process

Location: Gurgaon

Employment Type: Full-Time | Work from Office

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of International BPO experience

Shift: 5 Days Working | US Rotational Shifts

Week Offs: 2 Rotational Offs

Job Description:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls for a leading banking process
  • Address customer inquiries, provide timely resolutions, and maintain service quality
  • Ensure adherence to banking protocols, compliance guidelines, and confidentiality standards
  • Deliver a professional customer experience across all touchpoints

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in International BPO (voice process)
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and customer handling abilities
  • Must be comfortable with US rotational shifts
  • Immediate joiners preferred
