We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to join our growing legal support team. This is a remote, full-time position open exclusively to international candidates who have a strong background in U.S. personal injury matters and can work U.S. Central Standard Time hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution

  • Maintain regular communication with clients, attorneys, and medical providers

  • Request and follow up on medical records, bills, and treatment updates

  • Track case deadlines, treatment status, and settlement progress
