Role Responsibilities:
- Respond to product/service inquiries via multiple communication channels
- Provide timely and accurate resolution of customer queries
- Adhere to policies and procedures in customer interactions
- Ensure customer satisfaction and proper documentation
Key Deliverables:
- Maintain high communication standards in English
- Operate in rotational shifts with cab facility
- Immediate joining required
- Support both UG and graduate candidates including freshers
