Overview of the Role: Client Solutions Associate

Consultport is seeking Client Solutions Associates who are eager to learn, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and deliver exceptional client and consultant experiences. This role is ideal for individuals who are curious, commercially driven, and excited to work at the intersection of clients, consultants, and problem-solving.

Client Solutions Associates are the backbone of Consultport’s platform. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and partner with independent consultants to deliver high-impact project outcomes. Over time, based on strong performance, you will take ownership of the end-to-end project lifecycle while receiving continuous coaching and mentorship to develop world-class communication, project management, and commercial skills.


Key Associate Responsibilities Include


  • Identifying, sourcing, and engaging high-quality independent consultants through targeted research and outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels


  • Screening and vetting consultants to assess expertise, availability, and fit for specific client projects


  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews, calls, and project discussions between clients and consultants


  • Collaborating closely with client-facing and global teams to refine project scopes and expand consultant pipelines


  • Building a strong understanding of client business challenges, industries, and value chains to deliver relevant expertise


  • Ensuring adherence to Consultport’s quality standards, processes, and compliance requirements


  • Maintaining proactive relationships with consultants to understand their experience and long-term fit within the Consultport network



Ideal Candidates Have


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (required)


  • Minimum 1 year to 3 years of experience in recruitment, consulting, research, sales, client services, account management, or similar roles


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English


  • Confidence and motivation to work extensively on the phone and engage with senior professionals


  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset


  • Strong ownership, resilience, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously


  • High motivation to meet and exceed individual and team targets


As a Client Solutions Associate, You Will Learn To


  • Succeed in a fast-paced, phone-based, and client-driven environment that requires strong prioritization and multitasking


  • Source, evaluate, and match independent consultants to complex client problems


  • Develop highly transferable business skills, including communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, research, project coordination, and commercial acumen


  • Work cross-functionally with international teams to contribute to revenue growth and client success


  • Take on increasing ownership and mentor new team members as you become more experienced in the role
