Job Opportunity

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our pool of Non-Key Experts for a short-term, on-demand basis during project implementation.

  • This role is ideal for specialists with expertise in Public Diplomacy, Strategic Communication and Awareness Raising (Cat. I, Cat. II, Cat. III)

The selected candidates will be mobilised on a flexible schedule throughout the 48-month project period starting June 2026.


Key Responsibilities:


The primary task involves providing communication or outreach services as per specific Terms of Reference approved by the EU Delegation to the Philippines.


Requirements


  • Degree in communications, international relations or related fields
  • Experience in communication or outreach activities
  • Public diplomacy strategic campaigns stakeholder engagement experience required
