Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound interactions for international customers
  • Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information efficiently
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication
  • Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements
  • Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems
  • Meet defined performance metrics related to quality and productivity

Eligibility Criteria

  • Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible to apply
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory
  • Willingness to work with rotational weekly offs
  • Ability to work in a structured and fast-paced environment

Work Schedule

  • 5 days working
  • Fixed day shifts
  • 2 rotational weekly offs
