Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound interactions for international customers
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information efficiently
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements
- Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems
- Meet defined performance metrics related to quality and productivity
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible to apply
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory
- Willingness to work with rotational weekly offs
- Ability to work in a structured and fast-paced environment
Work Schedule
- 5 days working
- Fixed day shifts
- 2 rotational weekly offs
