Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound calls to resolve international Customer queries.
Provide accurate Information and maintain high service Quality standards.
Work effectively in a 24/7 rotational Shift environment.
Qualifications
Education: Undergraduate Or Graduate
Experience: Fresher, Minimum 1 year in Customer Service
Required Skills
Fresher + Experience
Flexibility: Comfortable with Night Shifts and Rotational Shifts and 5 days work week
Preferred Skills
Excellent English Communication Skills
Pay range and compensation package
Salary:
up to 3.8 LPA
Transport:
Free 2-Way cab facility (Provided up to 25 km radius)
