Eligibility & Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English/Hindi or regional as per role)
  • Prior experience in Customer Support, Technical Support, Chat/Email support, or Telesales (as per role)
  • Problem-solving skills, patience, and customer-centric attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced BPO environment
