Job Location: Kolkata (Work from Office)

Handle international customer queries related to medical
billing.

Ensure high levels of accuracy and compliance with medical
billing regulations.

Maintain and update customer records in the system.

Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure prompt issue
resolution.

Meet process-driven quality and productivity targets.

Education: Undergraduates & Graduates both can apply.

Experience : freshers and experienced both can apply. 

Communication Skills: Excellent English
communication is mandatory (verbal & written).
