Position : International Customer Support

Location: Mira Road, Thane, Powai

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Shifts: Rotational Night Shifts / 2 days rotational weekoffs

Experience : Minimum 6 months of international process experience

Qualification: HSC / Graduate

Responsibilities:

  • Handle international customer queries professionally through calls or chats
  • Deliver excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain process accuracy and excellent communication standards
