Job Description
- Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, clear, and complete information to customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and effective issue resolution
Candidate Profile:
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Open to Undergraduates, Graduates, and Postgraduates
- Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
- Must be willing to work in rotational shifts (24x7)
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Work from office only
- Must be available for a face-to-face interview
Work Conditions:
- 5 days working with 2 rotational week-offs
