About the Role
Alibaba International Digital Commerce Group is seeking a Customs Specialist to scale up AliExpress' customs and compliance program in Europe focused on digital transformation of e-commerce logistics and fully automated customs clearance processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Customs Compliance: Ensure adherence to EU customs regulations for B2C and B2B import activities including obtaining and managing customs licenses and monitoring payment of duties and taxes.
• Operational Excellence: Supervise daily customs operation activities including working with internal logistics and compliance teams based in Europe and overseas, customs brokers, customs authorities, 4PL partners, and own Cainiao's smart sorting centers across Europe to ensure all B2C and B2B shipments meet KPIs, compliance a...
