  • Manage customer inquiries via calls, chat, and email for domestic and international clients.
  • Provide prompt, accurate information and support for product/service-related concerns.
  • Maintain professional communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Record and track customer interactions in the system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues.
  • Meet performance metrics such as response time and quality scores.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with both voice and non-voice support
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts
  • Basic computer proficiency and good typing speed
