The role involves close collaboration with hiring managers, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience while maintaining compliance with UK/EU hiring regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for UK/EU positions
- Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and networking
- Screen and interview candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Coordinate with hiring managers and manage offer & onboarding processes
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Ensure GDPR compliance and accurate ATS documentation
