Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated International Payroll and Time & Attendance Specialist to join our team and support VELUX payroll operations across multiple countries, mainly within the CEE region.

In this role, you’ll remotely manage end-to-end payroll activities and oversee attendance and time-off systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a great employee experience. You’ll work closely with local HR teams, Finance, and external payroll providers, playing a key role in keeping payroll operations running smoothly and on time.

Your main tasks will include:

Payroll activities

  • Responsible for preparing payroll inputs for individual countries by consolidating and verifying information from various internal sources

  • Benefits and meal voucher calculations (if applicable in any of the scope countries)
