International Payroll Operations Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled International Payroll Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a key coordinator of payroll operations, you will work closely with external providers, HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate and compliant payroll delivery.

The role involves coordinating end-to-end payroll activities with external providers across Italy and France, validating and consolidating payroll inputs (new hires, terminations, variable pay, absences, benefits etc.), reviewing payroll calculations and reports for accuracy and compliance with local labor and tax regulations.

About the Role

• You will be responsible for preparing and managing payroll data rather than calculating it internally;
• You should have experience working in international markets particularly Europe & Italy focus ;
