International Sales & Business Development Job Description Grainville India is a fast-growing rice processing and export company. Supplying premium Indian rice to buyers across the Middle East, Africa, Europe, USA, and other global markets. We are looking for a Telecalling / Customer Support Executive who will support our international sales team through calling, follow-ups, customer coordination, and CRM updates. This is a non-target-based role, focused on communication, coordination, and supportnot direct sales closure. Role Summary Handle outbound and inbound calls with international buyers and prospects Support sales and export teams through regular follow-ups and customer coordination Act as a communication bridge between buyers, sales team, and internal departments Maintain accurate customer records and call updates in CRM Industry & Role Details Industry: Rice Export / Food Processing / Agro Commodities Functional Area: Customer Support / Sales Support Requirements Key Responsibilities International B2B sales calls to overseas buyers (importers, distributors, wholesalers). Lead generation and order conversion for rice export products. Follow-up with international buyers via calls, WhatsApp, and email. Explain rice varieties, specifications, packaging options, pricing, payment terms, and shipment details. Maintain and update Zoho CRM with leads, follow-ups, and buyer communication. Prepare and manage Excel sheets for buyer database, sales pipeline, and lead tracking. Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, inspection agencies, and internal teams. Handle buyers across multiple international time zones. Ensure accurate reporting, follow-ups, and sales documentation. Candidate Profile Experience in international sales / export sales of rice or food/agro commodities (mandatory). Strong English communication skills (spoken and written). Comfortable with cold calling and proactive sales outreach. Working knowledge of Zoho CRM, MS Excel, and export sales processes. Experience dealing with importers, distributors, traders, and wholesalers. Target-driven, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
