Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ludhiana for an International Sales Marketing Manager. The role involves developing, managing, and executing global sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth objectives. Tasks include identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with international clients, negotiating contracts, and managing export processes. The role also requires overseeing market research, analyzing international trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet sales targets.
Qualifications

• Sales and negotiation skills, including experience in managing international sales and client relationships
• Marketing and market research abilities, with a focus on global markets and trend analysis
• Knowledge of export processes, international trade regulations, and logistics management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with international clients and team members
• Experience with strategic planning and execution of marketing campaigns
• Proficiency in using sales and marketing tools, data analysis, and CRM platforms
• Proactive, goal-oriented approach with a strong ability to work independently
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field
• Prior experience in the forging or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
