About the Role We are looking for a proactive and engaging International Sales Specialist to join our
team in the global virtual construction industry. This role focuses on identifying new business
avenues, nurturing high-value international client relationships, and ensuring superior customer
experience. You will support strategic growth initiatives by connecting with potential clients,
understanding their needs, and guiding them toward suitable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify Opportunities
• Explore new international markets, prospects, and partnership possibilities within the global high
tech construction industry.
Develop Growth Strategies
• Contribute to planning and implementing outreach strategies that support business expansion and
opportunity development.
Client Relationship Management
• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage satisfaction, trust, and
continued engagement.
Client Outreach
• Conduct professional outbound calls to international prospects to initiate conversations,
understand needs, and create meaningful business interactions.
Structured Communication
• Follow standard communication guides to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance during client
conversations.
Skills and Abilities
• Excellent English communication skills (Prior Experience in international calling is preferred)
• Strong ability to build rapport and collaborate with teams and clients across multiple countries.
• Effective time-management skills with the capability to handle multiple priorities.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or client-tracking tools.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
Experience
• Prior experience in international calling processes (customer support, client engagement, sales
coordination, etc.) is highly preferred.
• Experience handling both outbound and inbound calls is required.
Additional Information
• Willing to work (Night shift or US shifts) Only
• Timings – 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM ( Cab pickup and drop for Gurgaon locations )
Budget - Upto 4 - 7 LPA
